Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals and refunds work for AiGenius Academy, provided by AiGeniusLLC (“AiGenius,” “we,” “us” or “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and renewals

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The price in effect at the time of each renewal is the price displayed on the Service; we may change prices for future billing periods on at least 30 days' notice.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made, and you retain access until that period ends. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period once the billing date has passed. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• Bootcamps (one-time purchases) are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet started the course. Once the course has been started, bootcamp purchases are non-refundable.
• Corporate cohorts are governed by the separate corporate agreement between the parties.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your access continues through a short grace period while we retry the charge. Please update your payment method to avoid losing access. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, access is paused until billing is brought current.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund for an eligible purchase, email admin@aigenius.academy from the address associated with your account, including your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service, consistent with our Terms of Service. The refund terms that apply to a purchase are those in effect at the time of that purchase.
